Privacy policy
§1. General provisions
- This privacy policy („Policy”) describes the rules and conditions of use of website operating at https://3peppers.pl/ („Website”).
- The Website is conducted by 3 PEPPERS Monika Rucińska, address: 3 Żurawinowa Street, 84-208 Dobrzewino, entered to Business Activity Central Register and Information Record, holder of Tax Identification Number: 9532470449, („3 Peppers”), who is an owner and an administrator of the Website.
- 3 Peppers may be contacted via e-mail: info@3peppers.pl , in writing at the correspondence address: 8/21 Podhalańska Street, 85-132 Bydgoszcz and via contact form located on the Website under the “Contact” tab.
- Notions used in the Policy and undefined above have the following meaning:
a) Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier;
b) GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC;
c) User – every entity visiting the Website. - 3 Peppers is the controller of the Personal Data, in the meaning of GDPR.
- 3 Peppers processes the Personal Data of the Users collected during the User’s usage of the Website, including the Personal Data saved in cookie files pursuant to the rules and conditions described below.
- The Personal Data of the Users is processed in accordance with GDPR for analytical and marketing purposes (the legal basis for the processing is consent of the User and pursuit of legitimate interests of 3 Peppers in the form of administration of the Website).
§2. Cookie files
- 3 Peppers uses so called “cookie files”, i.e. IT data, text files in particular, saved by mechanisms managing the server on the User’s terminal devices (Polish: urządzenie końcowe) and which may be read by the servers, during each connection from given terminal device.
- Information collected in this manner include demographic data of the Users, including localization of the Users, their age and sex. The User’s identity may not be established based on the cookie files. The information is used in order to manage the Website, to conduct visits analysis, to determine which subpages are visited most often, to determine the level of functionality of the Website.
- 3 Peppers is the entity placing cookie files on the Website user’s terminal device and having access to them.
- The User can deactivate the option of receiving cookie files in the User’s internet browser, which may, however, cause some difficulties in using the Website.
§3. Other tools
- The Website uses analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, which collect information on mode of use of the Website by the User, localization and demographic data of the User. - The Website uses marketing tools, such as Facebook Pixel, in order to direct personalized advertisements in Facebook webpage to the Users, which entails use of Facebook cookie files. - The Website may contain embedded video from YouTube web page. Google LLC cookie files regarding YouTube service are used for this purpose. - Plug-ins and other social tools provided by social media websites, such as Facebook and LinkedIn, are used on the Website. - Information gathered by the use of Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Ads are most often transmitted to the servers in the United States and are stored there.
- Using the Website entails sending requests to the server on which the Website is stored. Each request addressed to the server is saved in the server logs or in data base. The User’s identity cannot be established on this basis.
§4. Final provisions
- The User has the right to request access to personal data, to rectification or erasure of the User’s personal data or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing, the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
- To all matters not settled in this Policy, binding provisions of law shall apply, the provisions of the telecommunication law act dated 16 July 2004 (unified text: Journal of Laws dated 2017, item 1907, as amended) and GDPR.
